conference or transfer over ABC-F IP link

Hi
I have two OXE linked with other by ABC-F Hybrid VPN link
I can make a call between these nodes
But during this when i want to make new call then conference or transfer, the call cutoff
I there any parameter we need to configure?

could any one advise me
