Ok.
Maybe: manage for instance a new ARS route in the node in Germany (pointing to the remote TG in CZ) with NPD identifier a new NPD. In the new ARS configure the number of digits to remove equal to the number of digits that you have in you network and add 0. In the new NPD the installation number should be one of the DDI numbers that you have in CZ

Sooo after a nice weekend, and a coffee this morning i mananged to get this to work. I created a new npd with the external no of the vpn prefix as installation no in the CZ node and put this npd in the ars route for the isdn trunk. After that the callinig no is filled correctly and the vpn works... Now its only the ip trunk which won´t work...

the CZ node refuse to use it, and i have no clue why. do you know if theres a problem with ip trunks between R10 and R11.2?
