X25 and audit broadcast for centralize incidents

hi specialists,
i don't have much knowledge about x25 and just i know that the ABC-F networking is available and i can connect via telnet 172.30.253.x .
i want to centralize the incidents of all nodes to a node but i can't if i set up a directory number (for supervisor of alarms) that does not belong to same node that i want to setting up it, The system gives error.
i think i should run the audit broadcast but i don't anything about it and X25.
please help me,
