call accounting tickets over ethernet
Re: call accounting tickets over ethernet
Guys, great thread! I am currently interested in any detailed description of the fields of a ticket. I would be grateful if you could provide any examples or explanation upon the fields. I am giving an example ticket here:
<TicketVersion>ED5.1</TicketVersion>
<CalledNumber>988</CalledNumber> What the user dialed.
<ChargedNumber>301</ChargedNumber> Who is the user that is being charged.
<ChargedUserName>301</ChargedUserName>
<ChargedCostCenter></ChargedCostCenter> ?
<ChargedCompany></ChargedCompany> ?
<ChargedPartyNode>101</ChargedPartyNode> The charged user is on network 1 node 1 => 1*100+1=101
<Subaddress></Subaddress> ?
<CallingNumber></CallingNumber> ? Maybe used for incomming call tickets?
<CallType>0</CallType> ? What are the possible types? 0 = outgoing, 1 = incomming? - just guessing here
<CostType>2</CostType> ?
<EndDateTime>20091013</EndDateTime> Can I somehow get the exact time?
<ChargeUnits>0</ChargeUnits> ?
<CostInfo>0</CostInfo> ?
<Duration>0</Duration> Call duration.
<TrunkIdentity>1</TrunkIdentity> Trunk Group number?
<TrunkGroupIdentity>0</TrunkGroupIdentity> Trunk Group number?
<TrunkNode>101</TrunkNode> in case of ABC network number 1 if we have nodes 1 and 2 and the user used a trunk from node 1, thus 1*100+1 = 101
<PersonalOrBusiness>2</PersonalOrBusiness> 2 = bussiness, 1 = personal?
<AccessCode></AccessCode> ?
<SpecificChargeInfo>0000000</SpecificChargeInfo> ??
<BearerCapability>2</BearerCapability> ?
<HighLevelComp>1</HighLevelComp> ?
<DataVolume>0</DataVolume> ?
<UserToUserVolume>0</UserToUserVolume> ?
<ExternFacilities>1000000000000000000000000000000000000000</ExternFacilities> ?
<InternFacilities>0000000000000000000000010000000000000000</InternFacilities> ?
<CallReference>13</CallReference> ??
<SegmentsRate1>0</SegmentsRate1> ?
<SegmentsRate2>0</SegmentsRate2> ?
<SegmentsRate3>0</SegmentsRate3> ?
<ComType>1</ComType> ??
<X25IncomingFlowRate>0</X25IncomingFlowRate> ??
<X25OutgoingFlowRate>0</X25OutgoingFlowRate> ??
<Carrier>0</Carrier> ??
<InitialDialledNumber></InitialDialledNumber>
<WaitingDuration>0</WaitingDuration>
<EffectiveCallDuration>0</EffectiveCallDuration> That is the call duration I believe in seconds?
<RedirectedCallIndicator>0</RedirectedCallIndicator>
<StartDateTime>20091013</StartDateTime> Can I somehow get the exact time?
<ChargedUserID>109</ChargedUserID>
<CalledNumberNode>9999</CalledNumberNode> ??
<CallingNumberNode>9999</CallingNumberNode> ??
<InitialDialledNumberNode>9999</InitialDialledNumberNode> ??
<TransitTrunkGroupIdentity>32767</TransitTrunkGroupIdentity> ??
<NodeTimeOffset>0</NodeTimeOffset> ??
I have put some guesses next to the fields for which I have some ideas. In general I am not real sure if that is exactly the case and if nobody has description I will have to make tests so that I can guess which field means what.. I believe that even though some fields are self explanatory it is good to have a robust and clear scheme of it all.

hi endo,
I know this is old post. I wanted to capture cdr tickets via ethernet for oxe. I need to know the commands that I need to pass to PBX to fetch cdr tickets. Please provide me the commands or let me know the link where I can get the document.
BR,
Arjun

There are many, including Omnivista.
3rd party providers do normally offer local solutions for the Alcatel base installed.

Please don't quote your customer's passwords here.
Better, don't use mtcl account (it's interactive account for managment), use - adfexc - it's for transfer of files (including accounting).
Simply transfer taxa files via FTP and decode them.
Note, that - this topic was about accounting on the fly, not TAXA files.
