Because files were made using old (obsolete from many, many years) unix utility called compress.
It usually renamed compressed files to .Z (the Capital Z).

For Linux you need to search for ncompress-*.rpm, and for win32 any 'unix utilly pack' with [un]compress.

I've even been so kind to do your google-home-work and put it on pastebin. It should work on any win32 platform [tested even windows 98 SE], any if you have 64bit system is should also run without problems - but need to be tested.

Please note that at no time I will provide you with OXE/4400 nor AOS releases.
Note that it's our private time, that we spent to help you, so please don't expect complete solution for your problem.
You will need to do homework by your self.

Strange. 7-zip perfectly opens TAX*.DAT files in my case.

What it mean ?.
Sample : #TicketVersion,1,5,L,CalledNumber,6,35,L,TransitTrunkGroupIdentity,509,513,R,StartDateTime,442,458,N
If L it mean i need get characters between 1 to 5 from start and if R i need charcters between 442 to 458 from end ?
Or it mean text aligment in the text field ?

Code: Select all

12345(L) 12345(R) 12345(N)

You need AHL over ethernet for PMS. In principle you don't need anything. The PMS must support this.
