Hi all,
I've configured basic automated attendant for a client and its working but now i want to configure menu on set (for busy and unavailabe user), for this i've configured,
1. Leaf of menu on set (busy, free user)
( Busy Action type = Action type 1 hold, Action type 2 operator, Action type 3 voice mail, Action type 4 routing to AA)
( Free Action type= Action type 1 operator, Action type 2 routing to attendant)
2. I've also configured Caller Rights COS ( wait=1, routing to attendant=1, voice mail=1, AA=1)
3. I've also configured Called Party COS ( wait=1, routing to attendant=1, voice mail=1, AA=1, Menus on set if caller set known and unknown=1 )
4. I've also configured Combined rights ( i.e 15 for busy and 12 for free )
but its still not working. Whether user is busy or free in both cases call is routed to operator.
Kindly let me know if something is missing or wrong in configuration.
