Integrated Automated Attendant

Hi for all!

My doubt is about Integrated Automated Attendant, I am activating these feature on OXE R10.1.1 (J2.603.21) but without success. Follow are configuration made until now:

When I try to call 9550 from user 9560 I got "Wrong number" on my 4068 display.
I verified the configuration based on OXE docs a lot of times but I didn't found the error. Is there anyone that can help me?

The Intergrated Automated Attendant can only be called by external numbers. You will not be able to call from the internal number you created.
Try dialing the full DID number of the AA.

AA should be called from outside world (you can do some trick to get the AA from internal simulate PSTN with some pra or othe board) also

Am I doing something wrong?

1 - Configured VG on mgr -> system -> voice guide
2 - Configured Flash VG on mgr -> system -> flash vg pointing the VG and the audiofilename.msk
3 - Download VG on shelf slot on mgr -> go down -> go down ->VG index
4 - Verified VG by vgstat shelf slot
5 - Configured IAA menu leaf on mgr -> application -> automated attendant -> go down -> AA Leave
6 - Configured IAA tree on mgr -> application -> automated attendant -> go down -> AA Tree
7 - Configured IAA access on mgr -> application -> automated attendant -> go down -> AA Access
8 - Configured caller and called permission on mgr -> application -> automated attendant -> go down -> Caller & Called COS (all = 1)
9 - Activated IAA on mgr -> application -> automated attendant -> AA Valid = yes
10 - Configured trunk permission on mgr -> trunk -> go down -> AA = yes & calling party COS = 0
11 - Configured DID access pointing to AA access

when some call youR AA will hear nothing and my be automaticlyy overfllowed to entity
first give right to get VOICE guide played change number of diffusion at least to one time

let check other parameters?

Ok, difusion nb is 1 but happens the same.
What is the next parameter to verify?

what kind of trunk are u using ? analog,pri or pcmr2
trunk INcoming routing Number should be assigned to the AA acces number 9550-
and if did is used an external should be transcoded to AA number

i see did so digital line
all trunks should be ssigned in incoming to aa access number
it work for me for pcm r 2 and pri 4888 is my AA ACCESS -trunk type is pcmr so same for all 30 chanals

Like I am using PCMR2, the incoming routing is made about transcoding table on mgr -> Translator -> External Numb. -> DID Numb. Transl., so there's no need to change on each trunk group channel.
