AA - Supervised external transfer

Hello,

On OXE R11.2,

I must to configurre an AA with 4 choices, "Routing to Preprog.No".

The routing to pregro.No are external number (virtual extension, with forward the external number).

If the external numbers don't respond, the call must be routed on an internal extension?

We replace an Ericsson MXONE by an oxe. The Ericsson could do it!

You can do it with remote extension (not with virtual extensions imm fwd to external number).
In the REX user you configure overflow on no answer to your internal destination.

For the record I just found a way to do it.

4645 AA option --> Virtual Extension --> Imm Fwd Speed Dial --> Speed dial to external number.
