Cost in charge tickets via AHL to Opera

Hello,
OXE sends a line to computer link each time a guest makes a call. The information contains guest phone number, dialed number, duration of the call and the cost or number of units.
I configured the tarriffs in Accounting Duration part and the apropriate tariff is shown in the ticket in "cost or number of units" field. But it is acctually a tariff, not a cost of particular call, because two calls with duration 5 min and 10 seconds have the same value in this field 0,11 . Is this the way it should be? The guys from Opera claim that I have to show the actual cost of this particular call in this field - tariff x duration , not just a tariff of this direction.

We see - 0,11, I think you manage billing rating "unit price=0,11"
Questions:
- what managed for item "hotel billing rating"?
- for dialled number - what managed in scale for tariff 1 (unit/duration), I hope not managed unit=1, duration=0.
