unable to access the voice mail

I can understand the doc but the issue the voice mail is not able to delete for some extensions only after do the check in in hot-menu it works again but i have configured the voicemail for all the extension without doing check in

Will i need to do check in for every voice mail allocation ?

I was getting the message in the incidents and for some users voice mail announcement is saying unknown mail box number

1 - please read documentation - exist some specific management for VM (and for VM in Hotel environment - store VM until next check-in or not, allowed to delete mail box with messages or not, etc.)
2 - if you need help - explain your management (what managed in System and Application - for VM and Hotel).
3 - "but i have configured the voicemail for all the extension without doing check in " - see p.2, without your management explanation - how we can give you some answer? All extension - you say about administrative user (or room, or guest)? Etc...

I have already created the voice mail for those users having problem but still when i try to access the voice mail box it was saying "unknown mail box number"

This is happening for some extension and for some extension still i can able to reach voice mail box

Earlier i have created the voice mail for all the room users without doing check in hot menu but now once you done check in hotmenu then only it is saying "you have reached the mail box of .."

Can anybody explain why i getting the incident 5400 in OXE ?
