Incoming call limited to Pilot

Hi All

I have installed OXE 10.0.1 with call center feature. This customer want to limit incoming call to Pilot 5 or 6 simultaneously.

Pilot incoming number is 112468666 it ISDN 30 channel E1 link in DID .
It can incoming 30 calls simultaneously. Need to reduce it, any one can help me reduce the calls through “CC” or before “CC”

Which kind of limit?
6 calls in waiting queue? This is the only limit, you could setup, which I have right now in my mind.

never used this before -> there is a posibility to limit the percent of used trunks per pilot. just go down under pilot configuration.

                                        │   - is a trunk group with 30 trunks declared and a '%Max.% of trunk out CCD' │
                                        │ of 10% : the number of trunks reserved for calls of type company is 3 and    │
                                        │ the number of trunks being able to be taken by the CCD calls (all the        │
                                        │ pilots) is 27,                                                               │
                                        │   - is a pilot served by this same trunk group with a '% Max.% of trunk ' of │
                                        │ 30% for this trunk group : this pilot can use 30% : 27 trunks allocated for  │
                                        │ the CCD calls = 8 trunks.                                                    │
                                        │ When an external call comes on a pilot, the limitation system controls the   │
                                        │ occupation of the trunks in the trunk group, and depending of the defined    │
                                        │ percentages values, distributes the call with the mechanism of CCD           │
                                        │ distribution, or rejects the call.                                           │
