OXE not sending c record for room status

Oxe is not sending the C record when room status done in OXE side

PMS guy is telling problem from oxe side


Any suggestion please it will be very helpful for me

Hi ,

What is the type of the Hotel link ( IP or Serial ) ? , If serial do you used Moxa box?

Have you turned on room status in the hotel link?
