AHL Link issue with Opera Over V24

Dear All,

I have an issue in AHL, OXE is not transmitting the Tickets for Outgoing Calls to Opera. Rest all is working fine. MOXA and Cable is also OK. What could be the fix for this issue.

Have you enabled sending tickets in hotel link?

Under Application -> Hotel -> computer link ->port v24 , select the MOXA device

Check your serial cable , try to test direct on Hyberterminal away from the Opera interface
