Hi,
I have OXE integrated with third pary software call accounting softwareTMS and that TMS guy is telling oxe sending the duplicate cdr records
we have received duplicate call records from Alcatel, see a sample log for 05/09 , which is the root cause if issues.

Is this really issue with MOXA ?

in OXE - with accview command - do you see duplicated tickets?
Outputs in your post - from MOXA connection (not clear why you talk about MOXA - tickets looks like on-line accounting via Ethernet) or from accounting SW?

with accview there is no duplicated tickets but in COM1 port of putty i

Sorry we are sending the data from MOXA to COM1 of Third party Call accounting software
