I have a customer that is having issues logging a CCD user into the call center. All other agents are able to login. When this one particular agent tries to login, it says the login is not authorized. I have made sure the ext and agent are built like all the others and also assigned to each other in the call center and the PG. I even built another ext and CCD user, assigned to PG and to each other and it wont work either. When I try and force the login through MGR, it says the set is in a bad state. I performed a mastercopy and double bascul but that didn't fix it either. The set is a 4038.
Any ideas?

Re: Agent not able to login
The license is good, they have 6 agents available still on their license. The user set is set as an ACD authorized set and the CCD user is set as an agent. There is no headset key programmed on the phone.

Re: Agent not able to login
We got this message when the set type on the agent wasn't supported by ccd, try checking if it's supported. Alternatively try changing it to the same type as one of your other agents.
If you (on the 8770) go Application -> CCD -> Operators -> Action, and then try to logg the set on from there you get a better log on whats happening.
