Alcatel OXE 12.0 with AA Integration with Telsoft call billing !

Hello Guys ,

We are trying to integrate OXE r12.0 with Telesoft call billing software .

Customer is using Automated attendant for message prompting and digit collection .
Specific query is we need to get DTMF digits punched while end users are listening to messages and when any call is dropped on any tree CDR should be generated with details on dropped calls or disconnected calls while on message is being played .

Issue:
After calling to Automated Attendant, digits that are dialed (Selecting an option from Menu) should also be captured in accounting logs.

So seeing above scenario is it possible to get digits captured while on AA ?

I know this is possible on Avaya but it looks OXE do not support this feature !

Any idea if at all its is possible ?
