CCD reports calculation not equal

Hi guys,
i have configure standard CCD and all works great. but when i get statistics from the CCD supervisor some calculations are not totaling or not showing well. like example in this report for pilot 2462 the total received are 1143. but then served calls are 682, abandon calls 288, redirected call are 177.

so 682+288+177 = 1147..... so from where did the additional 4 calls come from. can any one help cus when it calculates for a month the additional calls are high and i cant explain to the client what happen or where it cam from. hope some one can explain to me. i have attached all reports for one day ,,, hope it will be useful..

have you try another CCS version, I can remmember that I see this problem in some version and that was because of Abandons calls.

thanks for the reply. the system is on r11.0 and the ccs is 10.94.02.00. i have seen some new ccs release in the ALE website. i will try and see if any works well..

so I recommend you definitely update your patch to the last patch of R11.0.1 (K1.52047.a) because R11.0 has a lot of Bug and I can remember wrong CCD statistic report was included.
for update R11.0 to R11.0.1 you don't need a new license.
