Need your help as your experience...
I have OXE r11 with PMS configured for CDR & AHL
The CDR is listening on port 2533 and AHL on port 2561. The check-in / check-out (AHL) function is working perfectly.
Unfortunately the PMS cannot retrieve CDR record from Port 2533. I try using external CDR ticket capture connect to Port 2533 and able to see the ticket is flowing.
1) how can I check the connectivity between PBX and PMS. Telnet from PMS to OXE Port 2533 is connected but no data is flowing
2) does CDR ticket transmitted also via AHL link port 2561?
3) how can communication between room extension capture on CDR or AHL?

Read about AHL and Hotel features in a system documentation.
Usially hotel tickets are sent on AHL. It should be configured on Applications/Hotel/Computer Link what to send.

For me the CDRs are a part of the AHL link. So you have to listening on the same port (2561)
