Silent key on 4020 phones

Post by enrique.man »

Hello guys,

I got an oxe R.9.1 installed and i would like to know if it is possible to mute the incoming calls in a alcatel 4020 premium phones.

On 4029 there is a dynamic silent key and it works when there is a incoming call. Is there any way to do this in 4020 phones?

Hope somebody can help.

Regards

Feature described by me is to disable ringing before a call, not while ringing.

Try to use on hook key when the phone rings (for 40x8 phones it works).
