Pb headset with 4018 in SIP environment

Hi all,

I hope somebody have encountered this issue and can help me.

We are migrating from OXE to SIP and we have an issue with headset and 4018.

When we dial on the hardphone, the sound is switched to the 4018 speakers.
When the customer was working with A4400 OXE, he used a functionality which was headset key. But I think this feature is own by the PBX.

Do you have any idea how to activate headset mode in SIP environment?
