IP phones not coming up after enabling security feature

Hi,
I had enabled security feature in OXE and added the DHCP gateway under router option of trusted host, but the IP phones are struck in network 2/5 and are not progressing further. Can you please suggest as what could be the solution.

What security feature ?
Netadmin / 11 ?

Yes, netadmin 11.

The issue got resolved, it was due to wrong gateway IP shared by customer. Found through traceroute to the IP phone that the gateway shared by customer is different from the traceroute result on adding the same to router phones started working.
