This is a new installation;
1. The AL usb keyboard works fine
2. I can ping the CS

I get the 4059 IP error that there is a communication problem and what is the procedure of turning ON the tftp on the OXE?

did you set your operator ID in 4059 application(in program file /alcatel/setting) and also your OXE IP ADDRESS?

I have a problem about the ID, my route is program file/alcatel/AL 4059 applications.
I do not the settings route

Hi Support,
I am installing the 4059IP Attendant Console Application on the win 8.1.But Its not working as per the documentation, the compatibility is upto win 7 so any recommendation.
Please note that I am running of of the System with the same Application on windows 8.1

Hello Muhammad,
Per the doc, its supported upto win7. For win8 you need to install the EE that is extended edition.
