Wire shark Packet trace to analyze the problematic calls

hi

i have call disconnection issues from my IP phones (8028).

how can i get packet trace from Wire Shark for the problematic calls.

Any Idea would be a great Help

If you have connection problems first symptom would be on incvisu as a lot of connection lost messages. Phones would be resetting and so.

You can mirror the port on the 8028 and start doing WireShark. Alternative mirror the Switch port....
