SIP Trunk CISCO VCS to OXE Alcatel

Hi
I have probleme in SIP Trunking OXE , incomming call from CISCO VCS ( vedeo call Srver) doesn't work .
but when I do the call from OXE by dialing 884012 work fine .
in attached the tow trace SIP , one ork fine but the othet doesn't."CIsco VCS to OXE.tx".
can any one help me please .

Do you have redundancy server?

Try to manage IP domain.

what's 87 in 874712: is it prefix to seize the sip trunk ? if it's the case so you have to remove it

I d'ont think I created a new extention with the N° 874712.
