Hi,

I'm a VOIP noob and for testing, I have switch a 4018EE to SIP mode, but after connecting it to IPBX(xivo), it has (certainly, iam not sure) flash the NOE SIP firmware for approvisionning needs and now i cant switch back to NOE mode... I cant find NOE SIP image for flashing. Any help would be very appreciated.

Hi,

Normally during the boot sequence of the phone (when displaying step 2/5) you can press the "i" (information key) then # key that will bring you to the setup menu where you will be able to change back from SIP to NOE mode.
