Would anyone know why I'm seeing this in the FROM: part of the message (attached)? This might be the reason why the provider may be rejecting the OXE outbound calls.

Perhaps the user 4421 has UTF8 caracters on his name. Try to remove it. If it solves, then thats strange, since UTF8 on sip is only since R11.1

It seems to be happening on all outbound calls for all users! I created a new user to test and that definitely does not have UTF characters in the name. This is quite strange. BTW - the OXE is still on release 9.1.
