HI Guys
I have integrated an OXE OmniPCX Enterprise R9.1 i1.605.21 with a Broadsoft solution.
The first phase of the integration is for OXE calls to break out over the Broadsoft.
I can send all local calls without a problem, but when we try dial an international number the call takes too long to establish and then the OXE ARS overflows to my next route.
I am sending correct information to the Broadsoft as confirmed by their on-site support, but after certain time of approximately 4 seconds the pabx sees the trunk as unavailable and overflows.
Will this be a universal system timer I need to adjust or will it be a timer on the SIP settings somewhere?
I could not find any posts related to this specific problem before, if there are any please direct me.

First, from motortrace you could see that OXE sends CANCEL because there were no messages received from the opposite side. Check with them why no messages are sent back.
Second, also you could try to Increase timer T310 in Trunk category of the SIP TG ( by default 31).
