CALL FROM EXTERNAL SIP SERVER - CALLING NUMBER NOT RETRANSMITTED

Post by jpissot »

Hello,

I have an OXE R12 interconnected with a sip gateway. The SIP gateway KIAMO, it is used for CALL CENTER and click-to-call functions.

The problem is when the SIP Gateway calls an external number.
In the T3 log, the calling number is well displayed, but the operator retransmits the headend number of the customer.

T3 log :
______________________________________________________________________________
| (117166:000002:03706) 3706: Send_IO1 (link-nbr=1, sapi=0, tei=0) :
| long: 58 desti: 0 source: 15 cryst: 3 cpl: 6 us: 8 term: 0 type a5
| tei: 0 <<<< message sent : SETUP [05] Call ref : 00 0a
|______________________________________________________________________________

| IE:[24] MOD_FNCT_USAGER (l=1) 80
| IE:[6c] CALLING_NUMBER (l=11) -> 01 81 Num : 243723024
| IE:[70] CALLED_NUMBER (l=11) -> 80 Num : 0789559352
| IE:[7d] HLC (l=2) 91 81
| [a1] Sending complete

I have tried to dial a external number without the sip gateway, directly with the phone, and by configuring a Private Calling Number. In this case, the number is well displayed

The difference that i find, are in bold.

Do you think the problem is with the public operator or the oxe?

Thank you in advance

I think the problem is neither in OXE or Provider Side.
The problem is the caller... KIMAO
How is it connected to OXE. SIP or ISDN?

Hi,
It should be an issue between KIAMO and the provider. Need sip trace to check.
Nevertheless, if it works well for the 2nd case, then you can change on OXE, the NPD used in the 1st case to have a NPI like "ISDN National" and not "ISDN International"

Hi,

On attachments, sip traces.

I've configured a specific dpn for the trunk SIP local and the trunk SIP for Kiamo.

x x
x Node Number (reserved) : 101 x
x Instance (reserved) : 1 x
x Instance (reserved) : 1 x
x Description identifier : 33 x
x x
x Name : Gateway Kiamo x
x Calling Numbering plan ident. + NPI/TON ISDN National x
x Called numbering plan ident. + NPI/TON : ISDN Unknown x
x Authorize personal calling num use + False x
x Install. number source + NPD source x
x Default number source + NPD source x
x Called DID identifier : -1 x
x Calling/Connected DID identifier : -1 x
x Installation number : 24372 x
x Default number( num. inst. sup.) : 3131 x

But the isdn is alwaye "IE:[6c] CALLING_NUMBER (l=11) -> 01 81 Num : 243723024"
