terminals of the series 8 & 9 display on "Menü" empty

The terminals of the series 8 & 9 only work limited. Who are they displayed on the "menu" changes the display is empty. The personal and the info screen work. Reboot the PBX, delete, and a participant, and subsequent refurbishment have brought nothing.

We have rebuilt the system at our laboratory. Backup recorded and also there is the problem. Also the import of the last 35 has not released patches to fix the error.
