4068 not pairing w/ BT Plantronics Voyager

I have tried pairing a new Plantronics Voyager Legend BT headset with my 4068 with no luck. It will pair with iPhone and work fine so it is not the headset. I saw a post about making sure Bluetooth is set to Yes in the Phone COS settings under 8&9 Series settings. It was set to NO so I change it to YES. Tried again with no luck. Any ideas as to why it does not work? This is a 4068 corded ip set and it has the BT option under Settings-Set-Bluetooth. When selecting "add device" it just shows "scanning" then goes back to the home screen after about 20 sec..

I am running Rel 10.1.1 on the OXE. Thanks for any help I can get.
