headphone for 408/40s9
Hi all
I am configuring Call Center, and Agent set are IP-touch 4028 which has socket for connect headphone.
My customer want to connect headphone for answering calls instead of handset.
i try to connect headphone , i can hear the caller's voice but he didn't hear any thing.
is there any thing I have to do???
Please could any one advise me.

i create headset key , same issue

You are using which headset? A RJ11 connector, right? Not a 3.5mm jack

Can be some problem:
1) wrong headset (jack contacts - like Apple and Samsung have different contacts order).
2) in set menu can be programmed headset output assignment (not sure about 4028)

i test it with 4038 and same issue.

I think it won't work as you desire.
I do remember doing tests years ago and behavior was not the same as a headset. It is just an auxiliary audio exit.
You need to use a RJ11 one.
