40 Keys Module (3GV26002ABJB011024)

Good morning,

I recently purchased a 40 key module for an Alcatel 4029 phone. The description of the module on the website said it would fit "Alcatel 4028 Alcatel 4029 Alcatel 4038 Alcatel 4039 Alcatel 4068 German Telekom Octophon Open 141 Octophon open 151 Octophon Open IP 140 Octophon Open IP 150 Octophon Open IP 160"

The unit arrived this morning and I am having difficulties connecting it up to the 4029 phone, there is an RJ45 link lead but the 4029 phone is only RJ11?

I am just guessing but are there two variants to the 40 key module? i.e. one for the IP Touch range (4028 etc...) and one for the normal digital range 94029 etc...) is that the case? If so I think my supplier is listing things wrong.

RG11 - for line from UA board connection.
RG45 - nearby (may be you need to remove plastic protection cover)
