4135 three party conference issue

Hi,
I have registered a 4135 as a sip extension in oxe a R9.1 i1605.21e Crystal with CPU CS, sometimes when you try to perform a tripartite conference goes on the screen the message "not acceptable her ..." and you can not make the conference. Any suggestions about what may be happening.
