Can't dial * prefix on omnitouch 4135

Dear all,
I have Omnitouch 4135 installed onsite. We are using Business account code for dialing the external number. But from Omnitouch 4135 I can't use * keys. Is there any solution for this?

4135 configured as usual SIP phone or in SEPLOS mode?
