invalid signature for PSK id=0x00000000

Post by jetcster »

Hello!

I'm trying to personalize the PSK on the SSMz only for inter-Domain comms.
So I create free PSKs with the first SSM, update the inter-domain key and personalize it OK.
Then I need to export that key, import it to other SSM's PSK files and upload them with "perso".
I export it and copy the file to the other node directory, as the documentation say.

So I connect the PC to the other SSM plain port, create allocated_PSK and import that exported key.
Security center has some interchange with the SSM (it should sign the file, doc say), then I upload it to SSM with "perso".

I reboot the unit, it loads the signed lanpbx.cfg OK, and says

---- ALARM 0x80 / Level=major / Time=80s ----
Personalization - invalid signature for PSK id=0x00000000

Tried many times, no idea, what's wrong. Any clues ?

1.6 Customization Process in spatial redundancy configuration (see french doc attached)

The preparation of the personalization keys have to be done on the SSM box which has signed the lanpbx.cfg file. Normally, the action has to be done with the SSM A of each site.

1. Customization of the SSMA
o Disconnection of the CPU A from the SSM A
o Connection of the laptop on SSM A with the CPU A physical IP address
o On the laptop, preparation of the key for SSM A With IP Touch Security Center and the key exchanged psk
o Download of the allocated key on SSM A
o Disconnection of the laptop
o Connection of the CPU A
o Check of the SSM A personalization

2. Customisation of SSMB
o Disconnection of the CPU B from the SSM B
o Connection of the laptop on SSM B with the CPU B physical IP address
o Download of the allocated key (prepared for SSM A) on SSM B
o Disconnection of the laptop
o Connection of the CPU B
o Check of the SSM B personalization

Remark: all the system will be stopped to make this Operation
