GD3 Don't work automatically on PCS

Hi,

On OXE R10 J1.410.40c.

There is a remote MG (with GD3) that is rescue by a PCS.

When the link between the MG and Main Call Server is lost, the GD3 don't reboot on the PCS, all the cards and phones are Out of service.
I reboot manually the GD3 (with the button) and the GD3 card is well connected to the PCS.

When the link betwenn the 2 sites is UP, the PCS reboot but the GD3 don't connect the main call server. I reboot manually the GD3 card (with the button) and the GD3 card connects to the main call server.

This problem is solved by replacing the GD3 card.
