SNMP and PCS

I nave one question (may be stupid)
We have main PBX and two remote IP shelves with PCS. When main PBX works - we can use SNMP monitoring.
When main CPU's stopped - PCS will works.

My question - PCS will send SNMP traps to hypervisor (like CPU) or not?
