FLEX ERROR ON PCS WITH BICS

Hello

I have a bics with R8.0 g1.302.12 and 5 PCS to backup the MG.

Since yesterday, I have the problem :

There is a panic flag on all the PCS.

I have this incident:
13/02/01 17:10:27 000001M|---/--/-/---|=4:0644=FLEX_AG_CRASH: Perte de lien avec le FLEX agent 1-8

With the choice 3 of spadmin "Check active File coherency", I have :
FlexLM: Product-Id check failed !!!
Software locks file not OK !!!

I have rebooted the FLexLM service and also the bics but the panic flag don't disapear.

Can you help me?

How many IPC ports are used?

What's your system uptime? Approx 5 months 17 days 9 hours?
There is a warnin on BPWS about this topic for BiCS R1.0 R8.0 g1.302
You have to replace the maoagent process on OXE.
For the moment you can try to resart the maoagent but I think you have already rebooted the OXE in the meantime....?

EDIT: I've seen you are talking about PCS... Have you set the Use Flex License Flag under System Licenses to No? (Should be "NO")

I have already change the maoagent on VMOxe in 2009 (I had got a problem with TFTP) but not on the PCS.

I have just tried to change maoagent on a PCS.
I wait 4 hours to verify if Panic Flag appears.

For Flex, I don't change the parameter for the moment, I wait the result of the new maoagent.
