Thanks everyone for your input so far.
In Debug Labels, I've set MctAvaiTim to 0. I'll wait and see if this solves my problem. :?

BTW, Thanks guys for Alcatel Unleashed.

We're still getting the Malicious problem. *sigh* :(
We had one yesterday and two in the last 20 minutes.

Are there any Software Version updates that we could use?
We can't have our phone system continue to drop calls because it thinks they're malicious all the time.:!:

(Setting MctAvaiTim to 0 in Debug Labels doesn't seem to have helped)

We're still getting incoming phone calls cut-off with the words "Malicious".

Can someone suggest _anything_ else we can try to fix this!??

Hi Guys

I know this is a very old post but is there an effective solution for this?
My client is on OXO Connect 30/068.001 but still getting malicious call and calls cutting. Incoming calls is coming over SIP trunk.

I have deleted the suffix in the meantime.

The MCID_KYP debug label is set to "000" so should this not disable the feature on the PABX by default?
