Hi

You should create a resource key in add-on module to see channel by channel. It is the only way I know.

Best regards.

Hi, you need to do as Enio says above, but assign each channel as 'special physical address'

Hi Haroun

There is no command line in OXO as in OXE. At least for installer level. Everything is done in graphical OMC, where there is no monitoring for PCM-R2.

Best regards.

Hi Guys,

You can also use 'metering' to check the occupation of your lines.
Just activate the metering over IP, install an Office Link Driver on your network and load the data to Excel.
You can filter on the moment and check how many simultaneous external calls were made...
Lots of fun :)

Creating the resource keys:
* Go to the details of your phone and select 'Keys'
* Click on the key and make it a Ressource Key - Special Phys. Access
* Select in the part below one of the lines
--> Make keys for every ISDN Trunk available.
Now you can monitor if an ISDN Trunk is used or not (you can't check if both channels are used though).

Good luck

Greets,
Koen
