SIP Trunk via Easybell - International Calls not working

Good evening,

i habe the following issue with calls over a SIP Trunk from Easybell:

Local and national calls are working perfect, but when i try to call an international number (i am sitting in germany and calling 0041 and 0033 very often) it rings but if the other party is trying to answer the call nothing happens and after 5-10 sec the call is aborted.

I got the signaling chart from my provider easybell as shown in the attachment and they stated that my OXO (on Release 10.3) does not answer to the 183 Session Progress.

My questions is: What is the difference between national and international calls and does anybody have an idea how to fix this?

Solved: It was a problem with the numbering format. Easybells manual is not correct, i used another one from DTS (Deutsche Telefon) which sets basically "Normal, International" with + and now it works like a charm...
