Broadcast group

hiya

wonder if someone could help me please.

I have set up a broadcast group and have members in there. also have sent certain people to send/receive and others to receive

handsets on site are a mixture of 4068+4038. when a sender broadcasts, it comes up on all the handsets with his name and the word broadcast but no sound comes out of any handset.

Any help would be appreciated.
