Back up of ACD statistics with OMC

Hi:

In OXO R7.1, are you able to backup ACD stats with OMC? I want to just change the hard disk with the same release, no migration no update. The orignal hard disk had problems and died. We only got the OMC back up. Or even in this scenario do we need to do the LoLa procedure? I am asking this because I notice that the backup file .cdb is pretty large when I include the acd config when doing the OMC back up.

Unfortunately you cannot backup the ACD Statistics, only with a LOLA Migration is this possible, however as the HDD is dead the LOLA Migration will not work.

Excerpt from Migration Document:

The migration process can be done in two ways:

1) Using OMC save/restore process: customer data's are lost (metering ticket, ACD statistics, voice mail
messages…). Only the configuration parameters are restored.

2) With LoLa migration process and OMC save/restore: customer data's and system configuration
parameters are restored.
