After Upgrade AA not answering

Hi All

trust you are well?

I have an issue that I have noticed with release 103/044 on the OXO

Before upgrade... Auto Attendant answers and works fine, but have intermittent issues whereby if the call goes back to the attendant if not answered... the attendant cant transfer to the ACD hunt group.

so we thought upgrading to the latest release will resolve this.... but now the AA doesn't answer at all, instead it now prompts you to enter mailbox number. The config still seems to be correct...

is there perhaps a label now that needs to be changed... Ive checked the latest noteworthy addresses but I cant seem to find anything.

please help

Have you tried with external incomming call or some routing that simulate an AA entry?

I am asking because the message reported is typical when you call from an extension to VM hunt group.
