Public SIP trunk on OXO 10.2

Post by manoj »

Hi,

I am trying to configure a Public SIP trunk on OXO 10.2 release. The service provider has given outbound proxy, port, installation number, DID and domain name.
I have configured the VOIP trunk and create ARS Trunk group, ARS prefix, Gateway parameters and SIP account but in the history table it shows that the SIP registration failed and remote gateway is down.

please provide me the inputs.

Thanks

Show what you have created and what data has been provided to you by your carrier...nobody here has magic balls.
Do a sip capture and show traces.

In the portal there are some sip profiles for the big providers around the globe. check is your provider is one of them .You can import them in the oxo.
If not need to provide traces and troubleshoot the problem .

If you have incoming is big chance to sent wrong clip to the provider .?? check installation numbers and public numbering plan .
