OMC does not work on new laptop

Hi,

Recently I changed my laptop and had to install a new version of OMC. On my old computer was the R8 version (8.0.27.1), but this is no longer available online so I installed the 21.0.19.1a. I can't get connection with my telephone centrale though. Everytime I get the error "FTP connection not established".

Both OS of the laptops are Win7. I tried different versions of OMC I found on the web, but never exactly the same version as on my old laptop. We did a ping to the telephone centrale and we get connection too, but we cannot login to it. Are there other settings I have to change maybe?

Can anyone help me with this problem please?

Check your ports
