questions before upgrade to R 10.3

Hi all
I have Alcatel OXO with Power CPU & R 800
I want to upgrade it to R 10.3 , I have some questions:

1. Is R10 support Ip v6 ?
2. Is R10 support SIP & IPdeskphone users ? how can I configure to create IP users as SIP or IPDesk softphone ?

3. Is there any sip application software from alcatel, ?? is it free or we need license

4. Is the included DHCP server support Vlans ?

2. Yes, how? Check documentation please. Or search one of many posts available here.
3. No, you can use any supported sip software. Again, documentation or search on the forum.
4. OXO dhcp server is a basic one totally oriented to Alcatel devices only. If you need further functionality, better go with a Windows server or one of many solutions available. Usually the vlan support comes from the switch your infrastructure has.

but how do you get sw keys for this? normaly you can upgrade to the latest version which would be Connect22

For connect you will need a powerCPU EE.
And it's too late for an upgrade of older versions.
There are no upgrades anymore, for OXO less than R10 (at least no more extensions on the license, and I'm sure, that the upgrade possibility is gone too).
