First second after connect is silenced

When I call through external line from OXO to any non-OXO number this non-OXO number cannot hear me for one or two seconds.
But I instantly hear his hello as he picks up a phone call.
Can I get instant connection without delays?

If I understand correctly there must be some timers to tune.

Are you using SIP trunks for external calling ? there are sometimes delays in IP communications. In ARS, try to change the codec framing to get the desired result.

Currently we do not use SIP trunk, but it was configured once.
