Incoming call logging

Hi,

My OXO has 20 CO lines, and 8770 for CDR reporting software. Can anyone tell me, can capture the incoming call logging or not ? If possible, where need I configure at OXO or 8770 or both ?

And more, can I printout it real time via V24 or IP? I remember that need a V24 adapter of Alcatel, and need license for it.

you need to activate the incoming calls for every User... For realtime i dont know...

Thanks for your help. On 8770 software, where need I configure ?

I guess need to add filter in report, is like "incoming call"
