Not showing full CLI

Hi All

hope everyone is well?

i have a scenario whereby a OXO has a SIP account registered with 4x DDI's
the issue im having is that when any of the the extensions make a call, it shows the right number... the full number eg: 2787 *** ****
when the switchboard calls however... it only shows the first the first 7 digits and not the full number eg: 2787 ***
The last 4 numbers been the ext number

any ideas please

If you trace the outgoing SIP call by making a TCP dump, what number is shown in the from field of the SIP headers?
